中西医治疗中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折疗效观察

Abstract
中青年股骨颈骨折多为囊内型骨折,多采取手术治疗,但在手术后容易出现股骨头坏死,给患者带来沉重的身心负担.近年来,笔者采用中西医结合治疗中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折患者40例疗效满意,现报道如下.
1 临床资料
选取2012年1月-2016年1月期间笔者所在两家医院收治的80例中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,均经X线、CT检查证实为囊内型股骨颈骨折,且均具备空心钉内固定联合股方肌蒂骨瓣移植治疗的适应证.
