Abstract

乳腺结核(tuberculosis of breast)多见于育龄女性,其临床表现及影像学表现与乳腺癌等疾病易混淆,常需穿刺活检进一步鉴别[1-2].因此,提高穿刺准确率以及病理确诊率显得尤为重要.本文通过对比超声引导及超声造影(contrast-enhanced ultrasound,CEUS)引导的乳腺结核病灶穿刺活检的取材标本及病理诊断率情况,探讨超声造影在乳腺结核穿刺活检术中的应用价值.
