无水酒精囊内注射治疗鼻前庭囊肿临床观察

Abstract
2014年6月-2016年6月,笔者采用囊内注射无水酒精治疗鼻前庭囊肿患者20例,疗效良好,现报道如下.
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料本组20例,男6例,女14例,年龄27～68岁,其中30～40岁11例;左侧12例,右侧7例,双侧发病1例;病程1周～5年,均为首次发病.主要临床表现为鼻部胀痛6例,鼻塞9例,鼻部胀痛伴发热1例,无意中发现6例.20例患者均表现为病变侧鼻翼附着处不同程度的隆起,穿刺抽出淡黄色囊液0.6～8mL,平均4.0mL,全部病例均经口腔检查及X光拍片排除牙源性囊肿和上颌骨囊肿.
