采用L9(34))正交试验,以收油量及挥发油包合率为指标,优选挥发油提取工艺及β—CD包合工艺,结果挥发油最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,浸泡4h,提取12h;挥发油最佳包合工艺为挥发油:β-CD=1∶8,包结时间1.5h,包结温度45℃.
