Abstract

通过文献整理将胃癌中医证型与基因、蛋白相关性的研究现状进行综述.整理发现,当前研究中以下几种蛋白和基因与胃癌中医证型关系紧密,如MMP-9、TIMP-2、HER-2、RPL23、MDM2、Rb基因、Livin蛋白、VEGF、p53基因、CD151等.研究中存在的问题,如辨证分型不统一、样本量少等.今后研究宜规范胃癌的中医辨证分型,进行大样本、多因素的研究,深入研究胃癌中医证型与基因、蛋白相关性.
