艾灸治疗神经根炎模型大鼠抗炎镇痛效应研究

Abstract
目的:研究艾灸对腰椎间盘突出(LDH)的抗炎镇痛作用.方法:复制化学性神经根炎模型大鼠模拟LDH,艾灸干预14d进行Siegal神经功能评分,采血测定IL-1β水平,HE染色观察神经根及周围肌肉组织炎症反应.结果:艾灸可显著降低模型大鼠神经功能评分,改善下肢功能障碍症状,降低血清IL-1β水平,减轻组织炎症细胞浸润,缓解化学性炎症对神经根的损害.结论:艾灸具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用,该作用可能是其临床治疗LDH的机制之一.
