Abstract
防己地黄汤出自《金匮要略》,因其文法特殊多被疑为宋人所附.从《千金翼方》等后世著作来看,本方仍属于张仲景方,对于此方的主治证机后世注家及现代《金匮要略》类教材均存在分歧.从张仲景经文原义分析,其病机应为血虚“生”风,而非血虚“受”风,并以大量生地配伍少量疏风药立法独特,用“铜器”盛药汁更具深意,现代研究认为铜元素缺乏可导致机体脑退行性病变,从而产生一系列神经症状及神经系统疾病,故只要审明病变证机及主治病证,即可扩展本方的应用,以指导临床多种疾病的治疗.
