益气活血利水通络中药配合淋巴按摩治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿疗效观察

Abstract
方法:将58例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各29例,对2组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后患肢上臂周径差值进行比较.结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义,2组治疗前后患肢周径差值比较均明显改善,治疗组改善更明显.结论:益气活血利水通络中药配合淋巴按摩治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿具有较好的临床疗效.
