利水渗湿药在方剂中的配伍应用十分广泛.故细析利水渗温药在各类方剂中的配伍应用,认为利水渗湿药在方剂配伍中除发挥利水消肿、利尿通淋、利湿退黄等功效外,还发挥了祛痰、解表、清热、止泻、宁心安神、活血、平肝潜阳、温阳、祛浊及使补益剂滋而不腻等10种配伍作用,以期有助于医者临床活用利水渗湿药提高疗效.
