基于HRQOL怕冷症辨体用方传承研究

Abstract
基于王琦教授“体病相关”、“体质可调”理论,从阳虚体质怕冷症与健康相关生命质量下降、阳虚体质与阳虚证候的怕冷症界定、阳虚体质怕冷症与“温阳调体汤”制方法度三方面,总结倪诚教授怕冷症辨体用方的学术经验和学术传承特色,并结合医案讨论体质类型与状态辩识有机结合、辨体结合辨病辩证个性化用方的要点.并指出“辨体用方”与“温阳调体汤”的应用为怕冷症个体化诊疗提供了新路径,将有助于提高病人的生命质量.
