Abstract
总结国医大师张志远治疗早泄的经验,认为早泄病因为纵欲过度、情志内伤、湿热侵袭、久病体虚所致,虚证多因肾中阴阳亏虚所致,治以阴阳并补、补益肝肾;实证多因湿热蕴积下焦所致,治以清利湿热、畅通气血.助阳善用肉苁蓉、锁阳、淫羊藿、巴戟天、附子,滋阴常选枸杞子、生地黄、熟地黄、天冬、楮实子,填精益髓则取鹿茸、龟甲、海马、胎盘.龟龄集、还少丹、天雄散、育麟汤、前列腺二号汤等为其常用经验方.
