我们运用独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例,疗效满意,总结如下. 1 临床资料 本组30例患者依据<中医病证诊断疗效标准>[1]诊为腰椎间盘突出症,男13例,女17例;年龄20～68岁,平均44岁;病程最短1年,最长15年;病变部位:18例为L4～5,10例为L5～S1,其余2例为L4～5、L5～S1双间隙椎间盘突出.
