Abstract
目的:探讨防治肾虚型骨质疏松症的补肾药膳方,为后期研究补肾药膳方的实验研究提供前期基础.方法:在查阅文献的基础上制定6种补肾药膳方调查表,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询.结果:2轮咨询问卷有效回收率均为100％;专家权威程度较高,协调意见较为一致,最终确定以狗肉、羊肾、山药、枸杞组成的补肾药膳方进行防治肾虚型骨质疏松症的研究.结论:该自拟配方具有一定的可靠性和可信性,可作为后期实验研究的药膳方.
