目的:优选砂仁的最佳产地.方法:采用气相色谱法测定不同产地砂仁中乙酸龙脑酯的含量,蒸馏法测定总挥发油的含量.结果:不同产地砂仁中乙酸龙脑酯与总挥发油的含量由高到低为:阳春砂＞越南砂＞海南砂＞老挝砂＞绿壳砂＞缅甸砂.结论:该研究为砂仁的最佳产地提供了试验数据.
