《伤寒杂病论》全面贯穿运用了常变思维.本文结合常变思维的含义,认为该书中发病传变、诊断疾病、治疗病证、鉴别诊断、选方用药及预后转归等方面皆与常变思维密切相关.常变思维可助医者更好的处理一般性与特殊性、原则性与灵活性的关系,对当今临床准确的辨证论治具有重要的指导意义.
