Abstract
目的:优化矮地茶多糖提取工艺.方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法建立矮地茶中糖含量测定方法,同时以糖含量为指标,采用响应面法对矮地茶多糖提取温度、提取时间、料液比3个影响因素进行工艺优化.结果:建立了矮地茶多糖提取模型,回归模型显著;提取优化条件为:提取温度90℃,提取时间1.8h,料液比1:32.结论:该提取工艺合理,矮地茶多糖的提取率高.
