Abstract
目的:建立心脉乐片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasi C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)；流动相:甲醇-水(75:25)；检测波长:270 nm;柱温:室温；进样量:10 mL.结果:丹参酮ⅡA回归方程为Y=173.7X+2817835,在0.06-0.14 μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为97.50％,RSD％为0.71％(n=6).结论:该法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为控制心脉乐片的质量控制方法.
