Abstract

目的:建立妇科畅金片芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用专属性较强的高效液相色谱法测定妇科畅金片中芍药苷的含量.以碳十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填料,甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相,检测波长230nm,理论板数以芍药苷峰计应不低于1000.结果:该方法线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.96%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.81%(n=2).结论:该方法简便、稳定、可靠.可用于控制妇科畅金片的质量标准.
