当归芍药汤联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Abstract
慢性盆腔炎(chornic pelvic inflmamatory dis-ease ,C PID )是指女性内生殖器及其周围结缔组织、盆腔腹膜的慢性炎症 ,常为急性盆腔炎未彻底治疗 ,迁延反复发作而成;亦可无急性盆腔炎病史过程 ,如沙眼衣原体感染所致输卵管炎.慢性盆腔炎病情反复 ,难以治愈 ,临床上主要表现为月经紊乱、下腹坠胀痛、带下增多、不孕等 ,严重影响患者的生活质量.目前临床上中医辩证治疗CPID 已经积累了丰富经验 ,在改善患者体质、缓解症状积分方面均具有一定的优势[1-3] .本研究采用当归芍药汤联合西药治疗CPID ,取得了满意疗效.现将结果 报道如下.
