Abstract
肛瘘作为肛肠科常见病、多发病 ,其治疗多以手术为主,术后伤口换药对于肛瘘伤口愈合尤其重要;中医药在肛肠疾病手术后伤口换药方面颇具特色 ,其可以明显缩短伤口愈合时间 ,减少复发率 ,减轻痛苦.本科室经过50余年的传承 ,采用拔毒生肌散配合黄连膏纱条用于肛瘘术后伤口换药 ,取得良好效果 ,现报道如下.
