五味,指中药药味中的辛、甘、酸、苦、咸.五味基于口尝,确定于临床,是药物真实滋味与功效相结合的归纳.中药五味不仅反映中药自身的功效属性,更在临床配伍中发挥重要作用.本文主要对"甘味"的药性、功效及临证应用进行论述及探讨.
