基于医案整理的五苓散男科运用方证概况

Abstract
目的:通过分析有关古今医案专辑、临床经验专著及期刊杂志中的五苓散医案,总结其男科运用方证规律.方法:对搜集到的符合研究要求的医案,进行多样本统计分析,归纳临床表现,探讨男科经方应用指征.结果:共收集医案60则,涉及前列腺增生等男科疾病16种.发现尿频或夜尿频多、排尿不畅、腰痛、小腹胀满、口渴、苔薄白等6项指标是本方男科运用的主要指征.结论:五苓散男科方证研究进一步拓展了本方男科运用范围.
