多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女较常见的一种多态性内分泌失调综合征,其发病原因尚未完全阐明,西医治疗主要以长期应用外源性激素,但存在抑制自身性腺功能的副作用.笔者采用苍附导痰汤辅助治疗PCOS脾肾两虚夹痰湿证,临床疗效较好.现报告如下.
