Abstract
卒中后抑郁是继发于脑卒中后出现的持续的心境低落,悲观消极,兴趣减退、自罪自责、认知功能障碍及意志缺乏等情感障碍,是属于脑器质性疾病所致抑郁障碍.近年来笔者在西药抗抑郁治疗基础上加用柴胡疏肝汤加减治疗卒中后抑郁,获得满意效果.现报道如下.
