推拿牵引治疗以乳胸痛为主要临床表现的颈椎病15例

Abstract
回顾近3年来我科先后收治15例伴有乳房或胸部疼痛的颈椎病患者,经手法及颈椎牵引后治愈或症状缓解,现将结果报告如下.
1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料:在2011年1月1日至2013年12月31日期间,共诊治15例以乳胸痛为主要临床表现的颈椎病患者,其中男5例,女10例;年龄41～65岁,平均53.5岁;病程最短半个月,最长2年,平均1年5个月.推拿科首诊者4例,由妇科首诊后转入推拿科就诊者5例,由内科首诊后转入推拿科就诊者6例.
