Abstract
目的:中药湿热敷导入和康复手法综合治疗方法治疗肩周炎的疗效观察.方法:选取2010年9月至2011年12月本院门诊或住院的患者38例,采用中药湿热敷导入和康复治疗,采用自身对照的研究方法,分别于治疗前及完成30天治疗后进行疗效评定.结果:临床治愈18例,显效12例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率为94.7％,肩关节关节活动度有显著改善(P＜0.01).结论:中药湿热敷导入和康复手法综合治疗方法治疗肩周炎疗效确切.
