Abstract
偏头痛是临床上较为常见的血管舒缩功能障碍性疾病,目前对其病因病理还不十分清楚.因其病情缠绵,反复难愈,治疗上颇为棘手.笔者近年来运用自拟祛邪宁窍汤合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛36例,并与单用氟桂利嗪治疗的36例进行了疗效对比,现报道如下.
