慢性心衰归属于“胸痹”“心悸”“水肿”“心胀”“喘息”等范畴.饮食过偏、劳逸失调、水饮停留导致气虚血瘀是主要病因,病机总属本虚标实,心气虚弱为本,痰湿(瘀)内阻为标,中医药在慢性心衰的治疗中显现出了较好的疗效.单味中药如附子、黄芪、人参等;汤荆常用苓桂术甘汤、真武汤、参苓白术散、香砂六君子汤;中成药有麝香保心丸、芪苈强心胶囊、参麦注射液等.附验案2则.
