介绍丘余良主任论治过敏性紫癜性肾炎的经验.丘主任认为本病当分期论治:急性期患者以风热伤络、血热妄行证为多见,治当以驱邪为要;慢性期则以湿热内阻、阴虚火旺、气不摄血证为多见,辨治当注意分清驱邪与扶正之主次;在整个疾病过程中,血瘀贯穿于始终,因此活血化瘀当为治疗本病的基本大法.
