余国珮,字振行,号春山,清代婺源沱川人.中年弃儒就医,悟《参同契》而得岐黄三昧,著有《医理》、《婺源余先生医案》《痘疹辨证》等医书.余氏学术思想核心内容是将燥、湿理论完备的贯穿于理、法、方、药之中,发明了独具特色的“燥湿为纲”学说.《婺源余先生医案》载案70余则,所列诸病,多从“燥湿”论治,而案中燥证之条又占十之八九,辨治思想独到.现撷取医案三则,供同道参考.
