黄芪被广泛应用于治疗缺血性视网膜病变、青光眼和糖尿病视网膜病变等疾病.随着黄芪药理作用研究的深入,近年来发现黄芪可以通过抗氧化、清除氧自由基以及抑制细胞凋亡等途径,在各种眼病中对视神经起到保护作用,现将黄芪在眼科的应用予以综述.
