十字灸治疗脾虚湿盛型荨麻疹案

Abstract
笔者于2016年5月～ 2017年4月跟随导师于门诊收集9例慢性荨麻疹病例.9例患者均见胸腹部、双上肢皮色发红、深浅不一,丘疹,呈黄豆到一元硬币大小不等,偶有成片,瘙痒,四肢皮肤表面伴见破损、流黄水、结痂等损伤,皮肤划痕症(+),伴四肢沉重、乏力,饮食不化,大便稀溏,舌淡胖嫩、苔白腻,脉沉缓或滑.综合脉症,四诊合参,中医诊为瘾疹(依据《中医病证诊断标准》[1]),证属脾虚湿盛.
