Abstract
吞咽困难是中风后常见的临床症状之一,常常因误吸导致肺炎,增加了患者的死亡率,针灸穴位治疗中风后吞咽困难有较好的疗效,尤其是局部穴位.现就近10a来,以局部取穴为主治疗中风后吞咽困难的方法做一概述,以期更好地指导中风后吞咽困难的针灸临床治疗,同时也为日后的研究进行必要的探索.
