Abstract
甲状腺结节是临床内分泌常见疾病.其发病率较高,西医常以手术、131I、注入无水乙醇、甲状腺素抑制等治疗.而中医药在诊疗良性甲状腺结节方面有其独特疗效,且副作用小,甲状腺结节疾病的发生多与肝郁气滞、情志不舒有关,从肝论治良性甲状腺结节临床疗效较好.通过对良性甲状腺结节从肝论治的中医病因病机、中医药治疗方法等研究进展进行综述.
