福州大学城地区后循环缺血易患因素分析

Abstract
目的 通过对后循环缺血易患因素的分析,探寻其易患因素的分布规律.方法 选取本院后循环缺血性患者158例,收集临床资料,分析其易患因素、中医体质情况等.结果 高龄、高血压、高血脂、冠心病是后循环缺血的主要危险因素,而血瘀质、痰湿质及气虚质中医体质较其他中医体质更易患后循环缺血.结论 后循环缺血具有一定的中医易患因素,有利于临床对其中医预防治疗探寻规律.
