目的 分析推拿在治疗急性腰扭伤中的镇痛机制,为进一步探讨推拿治疗疼痛性相关疾病提供依据.方法 通过以“急性腰扭伤”为关键词,检索数据库,对近年来有关推拿治疗急性腰扭伤镇痛机制的文献进行归纳、总结.结论 推拿治疗急性腰扭伤疗效确切,尤其是对急性腰扭伤导致的腰部疼痛疗效显著.
