傣药芽三英接骨膏提取工艺研究

Abstract
目的 优选傣药芽三英接骨膏制剂提取工艺条件.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定煎煮液中槲皮素的含量,以浸膏得率、槲皮素含量为考察指标,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,采用正交试验对处方中六味需要水提取的傣药材进行提取工艺条件优选.结果 优选的提取工艺条件为12倍加水量,煎煮时间为60 min,煎煮2次.结论 优选的提取工艺合理可行,为傣药芽三英接骨膏煎煮的最佳提取工艺.
