从寒郁少阳辨证治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Abstract
目的 观察半青半柴汤治疗寒郁少阳型变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法 采取随机对照方法将符合标准的60例寒郁少阳型变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为治疗组(半青半柴汤)及对照组(氯雷他定)各30例,2组均以4周为1个疗程,两个疗程后观察疗效.结果 治疗组有效率为86.67％,治愈率为56.67％;对照组有效率为73.33％,治愈率为33.33％.2组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 中药复方半青半柴汤治疗寒郁少阳型变应性鼻炎效果确切,且能有效预防远期复发即提高临床治愈率.
