Abstract
目的:建立灯台树的简便鉴定方法,为药材的安全使用提供依据和保障.方法:采用硅胶G、硅胶GF254以及分别以羧甲基纤维素钠和含4％的醋酸钠的羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂的硅胶G板确定最恰当的薄层板,样品采取不同的处理方法,在分离效果不同的展开剂系统中展开.结果:对照药材溶液和供试品在同一硅胶G板上相应的位置显相同颜色的斑点.结论:用薄层层析的方法可作为鉴别灯台树的方法之一.
