Abstract
腹诊是中医传统诊断方法在胸腹病变诊察中的综合运用,是中医学四诊体系中的一部分.《伤寒论》曰:“腹者生之本也.故百病以此为根,是以诊病必候腹.”脾胃病的发病部位以胸腹部最为多见,腹部体表分区与腧穴特点可内察脏腑经络的生理与病理状态.因此,中医腹诊在疾病尤其在脾胃病的诊断与治疗方面发挥着重要作用,在临床实践中值得进一步探索和运用.
