Abstract
自汗、盗汗统属汗证,是指由于阴阳失调、腠理不固,而致汗液外泄失常的病证[1].汗症既是机体相关脏腑功能紊乱、气血阴阳失调的一个临床表现,也是导致或加重机体功能失调和某些疾病的重要原因,故必须重视汗症的治疗.笔者在临床中遇老年汗症2例,采用辨病与辨证相结合的治疗方法,效果明显,现将病案及诊治思路介绍如下.
