Abstract
复杂性区域疼痛综合征(Complex regional pain syndrome,CRPS)是脑卒中常见的并发症,脑卒中后CRPS Ⅰ型的主要症状包括手肿胀,长期的手部肿胀可导致疼痛、僵硬,严重阻碍手功能的恢复.笔者通过对国内外近年来的相关文献进行综述,发现治疗脑卒中后CRPS Ⅰ型手水肿的主要方法包括西医药物治疗、康复治疗、手术介入及中医药治疗等,为CRPS Ⅰ型手水肿的临床治疗提供借鉴意义.
