Abstract
枕神经包括枕大神经、枕小神经及耳大神经,枕神经痛是这三条神经痛的总称,其中以枕大神经痛为多见[1].临床主要表现为枕后、枕下部的头痛,疼痛可放射到头顶、耳后及前额等处.枕神经痛是针灸科的常见病、多发病,笔者采用针刺配合穴位注射治疗该病,取得了较为满意的效果,现报道如下.
