Abstract
中药汤剂是指中药饮片加水煎煮后,去渣取汁得到的液体制剂,具有疗效快,易吸收,作用强等特点,也是我国应用最广泛的中药剂型,在中医治疗中具有极为重要的作用[1].自2013年12月起,我院委托某中药饮片有限公司加工门诊及住院患者的中药代煎汤剂.如何有效监督委托代煎中药汤剂的质量,减少差错确保煎药质量,充分保障患者的权益[2],是医院中草药房急需解决的问题.
