介绍潘敏求教授治疗鼻咽癌放疗后放射性口腔黏膜炎的经验.潘教授在临床诊疗过程中, 总结出患者大多属气阴两虚、瘀毒内结证, 提出益气养阴、清热解毒、破瘀散结治疗大法, 以生脉散、五味消毒饮、二至丸等为基础方, 辨证与辨病相结合, 临床疗效颇佳.
