Abstract
原发性肝癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病死居中国恶性肿瘤的第2位¨].其治愈率低,复发率高,多数患者因局部复发或病灶转移导致治疗困难.目前虽然原发性肝癌的治疗方法多样,根治性外科切除、肝脏移植、局部消融治疗、动脉化疗栓塞、放疗、系统性化疗等方法近年来发展迅速,但治疗形势仍十分严峻.笔者现对2016 ～ 2018年原发性肝癌在治疗方面的最新研究进展作如下综述.
