Abstract
介绍张大宁教授运用补肾活血升提法治疗肾性血尿的经验.张教授认为肾性血尿的主要病机在于脾肾亏虚、精微下泄,瘀血阻络、血不循经,当从脾肾论治,重在补肾活血、升提固涩.其于临床重用生黄芪补肾健脾,辅以三七活血化瘀,五味子、覆盆子收敛固涩,特异性运用升麻升举阳气,每获良效.并附验案1则,以飨同道.
