Abstract
卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)是指已建立规律月经,第二性征发育正常的女性在40岁之前出现持续性闭经和生殖器官萎缩,并伴有卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)升高,而雌激素(E2)降低的综合征[1].其发病率在育龄妇女中占1％～3％,占继发性闭经的2％ ～ 10％[2].
