外展神经麻痹是由于外展神经受损而引起其所支配的外直肌麻痹的一种疾病,其发病多由炎性反应、外伤、脑血管病、肿瘤等引起.以上诸因,均可导致眼部受邪,一侧的经络气血运行不利,筋肉失养弛缓不用[1].中医学称之为"风牵偏视"、"视一为二"等.《证治准绳·风热杂病·七窍门》载:"目珠不飞……乃攻脑,筋络被其牵缩紧急,吊偏珠子,是以不能运转."
