介绍王大增教授运用四逆散治疗妇科疾病的经验.治疗子宫内膜异位症,以四逆散为基本方,根据不同的伴随症状和月经周期予以加减；月经过多症,经前多用四逆散和四物汤加减,经后多子四逆散和补中益气汤或归脾汤加减；妇科手术后盆腔粘连,多予四逆散加活血化瘀通络之药治之.
